To thrive in this role, you'll need to be a self-starter who enjoys working independently, with strong communication and organizational skills. We are looking for a motivated individual with a proven ability to prioritize, problem solve and a desire to make a real difference in a small company. The right candidate will play an integral part in the future expansion of our company. Responsibilities: - Support partners and stylists with all day-to-day functions - Handle all scheduling - meetings, client interface etc - Manage monthly budget, all invoicing - Book all travel and hotel arrangements - Maintain orders of all office supplies - Manage calendar/schedule - Handle all administrative functions of small office - Liaise with PR Company

Requirements:
• Bachelors degree in Business or English • 3 years experience in administrative setting • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Very detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy • Strong business and financial administration knowledge • Team player and excellent problem solver • Excellent in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop a plus • Strong organizational, meeting planning/coordination and project management skills • Organized, independent, and self-motivated with a team player attitude • Mature in ability to handle confidential business information in a secure manner • Comfortable in fashion environment and dealing with high profile clients • Interest in PR a plus.
