Review the marketing database and ensure that information is current for all Department, Specialty, and RLX activity on a seasonal basis
Develop and maintain marketing communication boards refreshed monthly/seasonally
Distribute final direct mail pieces, prepare and distribute seasonal correspondence to field national ads and styles, direct mail, newspaper and in-store signage cheat sheets
Distribute seasonal retail ad kits to specialty store retailers
Create PowerPoint Presentations including line opening and seasonal collections/showroom picture decks
Prepare a monthly events calendar based on planned activates that are going on within the marketing division and distribute the first of every month
Support the marketing directors in extension of events
Help gather product information for specialty store sales training materials
Provide support for Wholesale ecommerce shoots
Help organize Big and Tall catalog merchandise boards
Support the Marketing Directors in product specific marketing initiatives
Provide administrative support to the Vice President of Marketing
