Job Description:
We are an established wholesale Accessories company, based out of downtown, Los Angeles, focusing on the juniors market for the last 10 years.
Our company has very high standards and expectations, and also rewards those who can 'GET IT DONE.' Our company is seeking a showroom assistant who takes ownership, is dependable, and can work in a fast paced environment. We are looking for a candidate who can work 40+ hours per week.
We are looking for a candidate who will be involved in a variety of aspects of the operations of the business, including, but not limited to: Helping with all areas of production. Inputting sales orders & purchase orders, PP and TOP sample approvals, ordering cards, tickets, labels.It will be the candidate's responsibility to make sure all these areas are running smoothly and if problems occur figure out a quick and easy solution to the problem. PREFERENCE: a candidate with junior accessories experience, F21, CR, Wet Seal, Nordstrom, etc...
The candidate would report directly to those in charge of the organization and would be given a great deal of responsibility if the candidate is capable, and more important, willing. It should be evident that this position offers many different opportunities to see different sides of the business. No question there will be a learning curve, and the appropriate support and guidance will be provided. We do, however, operate on a 'sink or swim' mentality and are seeking the individual who understands that. The categories we are currently selling to Department and Junior Chain Stores are Handbags, Wallets, Fashion Jewelry, Scarves, Cold Weather, and Belts. FJT#2976
